Had an issue with my car. It started and ran smoothly as always but when on holiday and visiting friends in the Chichester area the engine would not cut off even when the key was removed. Using google search, I came across BMS Cars, so made a visit and met up with Tim, using his great wealth of knowledge, experience and the diagnostics equipment, he was soon able to pinpoint the problem. Absolutely the best service imaginable. I punctured 2 tyres, driving through a massive pothole hidden by standing water. A wonderful guy who worked here happened (thankfully) to be passing. He returned, without asking, and brought a proper jack, helped us to replace the tyre with a temporary one and directed us to BMS. BMS spent ages searching for tyres for us, but only had 1. They replaced one tyre and could have left it at that. They took the time and trouble to ring round local people that they knew and find us another tyre. These people went so far above and beyond, I can't begin thank them enough. THEY DIDN'T RIP ME OFF, either. BMS Cars, thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ 💙 💜 .
