I for one do not understand the negative reviews. We used bmf a number of years ago in our previous house and got first class service and product. We have just moved house and have gone back to Sam and Ben at BMF, and had 2 very high-end stoves installed. As per our first stove absolutely top notch service and products. All I can think is that the negative feedback is from very jealous competitors. I would very strongly recommend Ben and his team having installed 3 stoves for us,in a very tidy and professional way I cannot recommend highly enough,and strongly recommend 👍 cheers guys

We used BMF Interiors to supply and install a wood burning stove. I dealt with Sam Freeman and she was absolutely fantastic. Really friendly, helpful and thorough; going beyond what she needed to do to help me decide what else to do with the hearth and fireplace before using BMF. She even spoke to the builders who knocked the fireplace through to guide them with a few things. The installers were great too. Plus we got free wood for emailing through pictures of the finished fireplace - great bonus! I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Sam.

this is the third fire that I have bought from Bmf and I need to warn customers that their after sales service is appalling I thought it was a one off last time but they have repeated their lack of post installation assistance even a visit costs

Not one for writing reviews yet I felt I had to thank the team at BMF for my fabulous new kitchen. I love it! Quite an exceptional experience from beginning to end. In particular, special shout out and hooray to Tony, who listened, engaged, offered some super clever design ideas and helped me to convey my own which was an acheivement in itself. Currently sat in what was promised, revelling in the absolute delight of both the process and results, completely exceeding expectations and proving it can be done stress-free. Awesome job, absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. We went to the showroom with loads of ideas about what we wanted to achieve but the product knowledge and technical know how of the team at BMF was invaluable. This wasn't a small job, there were structural changes within and building works to the outside wall to accommodate new doors. BMF dealt with it all, working to a budget, engaging a structural engineer and project managing third-party contractors. They even tweaked the design midway through at their own cost as they found a way to fit a larger kitchen island. Nice to find a firm that values their end product over their profit margin!

We live in Harlech, North Wales. We Had been looking for a Business to locate, & deliver spare parts for our 10 year old STUV 30 Compact. Sam was Very thorough, dealing with getting all our spare parts from Belgium. We had Nothing but, a Totally great service from Sam. So we went ahead to purchase a STUV 30 Compact High, with heat accumulator, from Sam, at BMF... Faith, at BMF kept us informed, via e-mails, & phone calls, of progress of both deliveries. We received our Order, via excellent courier chap. For New STUV 30 on Wednesday 16th December. Then BMF sent on our Spare parts by Saturday 19th December. Sam & Faith have been there, all the way, for us, & we Highly recommend to use BMF...even go buy a STUV from them... A Rolls Royce of Wood Burners... Thank You Sam & Faith & BMF Crew..
