All the guys who train us really helped me within each session - it’s tough but you don’t have to think or talk yourself out of it (helpful) and it’s really energising to do the morning sessions! I was a bit terrified to start but the team are great with people with low fitness as well as their more experienced attendees, and everyone is really friendly and encouraging. It’s a genuinely positive environment, I recommend anyone to try! I’m 3 weeks in and really enjoying it.

I've tried every kind of workout from countless gym memberships, online workouts, personal trainers... but none of them have given me the results that BMF has. The workouts are demanding, the trainers push you hard w/ the right amount of rigorous direction... spliced in w/ a little dose of humour. If you're a beginner like I was when I joined almost 5 years ago, don't be intimidated - there are levels for everyone and you'll be amazed at the rewards.
