Booked an appointment and was booked in with Ruby. Straight from the start I felt comfortable and at ease, because I was nervous at first. She took time in getting to know me and what I liked, along with the theme of the wedding and any dresses I had already looked at. After choosing some dresses that I liked, I tried them on and there was something about each that wasn’t for me, Ruby then went and picked a dress which had elements of each I had tried on and it was perfect. So I said yes to the dress! Ruby definitely went above and beyond with her service and I’m so glad I didn’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much again x

Absolutely amazing ladies who work there, attended with my mum on the 25th February (also my mums birthday) both ladies wished my mum a happy birthday and so was friendly and wanted my mum to be involved with everything which just made her day! There was so many beautiful dresses and alot within my budget which wasn't a hug one, but still accommodated this, i did pull a dress over my budget and the lady who was putting me in the dresses did explain that she wouldn't feel comfortable putting me in a dress that was over my budget and this really put me at ease. I managed to narrow it down to two dresses loved them both but wanted to change elements of each dress to suit what i wanted, i didn't leave with a dress as i just couldn't make a decision, but the lady stated for me to come back in a couple of months and she would try and get the elements i wanted for each dress and so i could actually see my vision. Which is just amazing! Honestly if i could give 10 stars i would. Such an amazing experience so thank you so much! I can't wait to come back!

Had a wonderful experience here. Tried on a wide range of beautiful gowns and never felt rushed. Rebecca completely accommodated us providing her expert opinion on what I would like in addition to ensuring our safety in regards to COVID without being intrusive. The store itself is beautiful and spacious and you're provided with single use of the dressing area creating a magical and personal experience. Thanks again, I will definitely be returning! Xx

We have spoken often recently, and I have found her to be super professional, friendly, and someone who thinks about delivering the best all-round experience for the bride and her guests. This shop is gorgeous and is in a brilliant location for me. Welcoming and warm customer service from the moment we walked in. Quite a nerve wracking day trying on bride dresses but she put me at ease straight away. Great selection of dresses and you get the shop exclusively to yourself for the appointment which felt so personal and allowed me to feel more at ease. Updates regularly on social media for events and shop updates. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for their dream dress ... Especially as I said 'yes' to the dress.

If I could give Rebecca more stars, I would!!! I was quite nervous trying on wedding dresses for the first time - not having a massive budget and feeling like I was going to experience my own dreaded ‘pretty woman’ moment. Rebecca made my family and I feel so welcome and so special as soon as we walked through the door. I can not thank her enough. All the little details made it so amazing, even watching some videos back on my phone and the music that is playing in the background ‘The way you look tonight’. The boutique itself is gorgeous and the dresses are just stunning. Thank you so much Rebecca... and of course I left with the dress of my dreams! My only sadness comes from not being able to do it all over again!!!
