I ordered 2 x pairs of trousers from here. Both arrived on time but unfortunately the style didn't suit me. I returned them special next-day delivery and they were signed for. However no refund! I messaged Blush who stated they didn't get them and I'd have to claim through Royal Mail and they made it clear they would not help further adding an x on the end of the message to make it all better! Royal Mail would not refund as they had proof of delivery. So I'm around £50 down if you include the return postage. Shame as I've bought from here before and would have again, but now will never use them again!

I had a smooth delivery and the dresses were as described. Problem occurred when returning the goods. I received an email to state return had been received. It is now a month later and after numerous attempts to contact store via email phone calls. I spoke to Gary once who this will be rectified but still waiting 1 month on. I am really sad about the poor customer service and lack of return support.
