Great company but the 19 service is just messed up. The 19 Sunday service runs regularly but however the Monday to Friday is every 15 minutes and one arrives 2 or 3 minutes after the other one just came or sometimes they both come together and then people waiting for buses on the other side need to wait ages. It's just simple, stick to the timetable!

This morning I was waiting for the 7:20 bus to Southampton. Not only was the bus very late… it never come! The app kept glitching when I was trying to check it while waiting at the bus stop, the bus just disappear from the app and come back in around 5 minutes later, showing that it’s gone past. Well it hasn’t because I’ve been here waiting! This is absolutely ridiculous. Ever since blue star had taking over, the buses have been a mess - late all the time and apparently now not even showing up.

Friday 20th February 2023 I boarded the 16:40 No8 from West Quay to be greeted by the happiest bus driver I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
