Although there were 3 which were slightly damaged on arrival, Emma at Blueprint was really helpful in getting replacement ones out to me the next day.     Blueprint joinery and their associated companies provide a wide range of high quality timber products, fittings and fixtures. I recently purchased items from their Iron balustrade, post to post range, and was impressed not only with the products but the information on the website and the easy ordering process. One faulty handrail was dealt with immediately and without question. Unfortunately, trying to speak to a human being is almost impossible and telephone messages go entirely unanswered so the entire process takes place online. Another unfortunate situation is the unreliable delivery schedule, my delivery appeared to travel in a radius of 30/40 miles around my address on separate vehicles and not arriving on the due date. So beware if booking a fitter, wait until you receive your order. Otherwise, a great experience. Keith.
