  Jack has been extremely helpful in helping us on our journey of finding the perfect new home for our family. We had a really awful experience with another estate agent in the area but Jack stepped in and helped us out and we are now loving life in our new property. I would recommend this company, especially Jack, to anyone in search for their next property.

  Avoid at all costs. These are part of the blue print property group and just simply don't look after their clients who have bought properties from them. I visited my daughter today with her Nan. My daughter lives primrose mews where they have been promised a lift when she purchased the apartment with her boyfriend and today just really topped it all. Her Nan struggled to get up the 4 flights of stairs and now can never visit again. No effort has been made to rectify the issue, no refund made as a lift isn't installed. If you are thinking of purchasing from them. I would seriously think twice. This was my daughters first time property and is now regretting ever buying it. Can you imagine how serious this issue is and nothing has been done. What would it be like if you had purchased a property from them and you had a problem with your boiler or a door that squeaks. You would have no chance in getting them to fix it. Absolutely disgusting service. Shame on you taking young kids money and not delivering a service.

  We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by this agency, specially with Nigel, our agent, totally unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetent. He never responded by email or by phone, they took too long to send a technician to fix what we needed (for example, we spent 3 weeks without washing machine and 6 months without dishwasher!) and they didn’t give our money back (deposit) just because they considered that we didn’t left the flat so clean (specifically, with a professional cleaner). We have never ever seen something like that. Not recommended at all. Please avoid them, do it for your mental health!

  Really disappointed with this agency I'm glad I won't be dealing with this agency again in future. I had put in an offer 3 days ago on a property I got no response no reply from the person named Jack who did the viewing. I even called to hear back from them again no response then after 3 days they say the property is no longer available etc which I knew they was going to say since they have been ignoring me for 3 days and really made me feel unwelcomed. They had more than 2 property available how could all of them go in seconds obviously I was lied to. From the start I felt they won't be interested in giving it to us since i have kids. Instead of ignoring and making someone feel unwelcomed you could have simpley said no we can't give you the property I would have been more than happy to say thanks for letting me know. But this agency is not professional and I do believe they discriminate based on your background. I'm glad I had also read everyone's comments here I am certain I won't be changing my mind. Now I feel like I am being harassed by the agency sending me an email from Jack because I put a review. Firstly the rent for the property was 1300 I have given a good sensible offer how much more sensible was you even expecting even if the offer was not accepted I was happy to pay full but there was no correspondence whatsoever from the agency side there was no discussion about even increasing the offer I made nothing. I know how it made me feel what expression I got from the agency, continuously trying to chase up the offer I made but I got ignored completely then few days later I get an email from Jack saying both property have been let when there's actually 3 properties they had advertised. You just had to say yes or no to my offer If you did not want to accept my offer or did not want to give the property to me because I have kids you should have simply said No but not make someone feel ignored and not welcomed and make them chase it up then few days later say its been let. P.S stop bothering me by emailing I feel harassed.

  I’ve never seen like this agency, Ive been living this country 10 years I used to work 6 different agency. I didn’t see like them, they are not professional and Responsive. I’ve been emailing them from December , they didn’t sort it out. By the way I’m still waiting response from them..
