    “What can I say . I called Blue print and design on a Sunday evening, desperate for somebody to help me print 30 funeral service booklets, that I needed for the next day! I wasn’t expecting an answer when I called to be honest, but I was pleasantly surprised when somebody did pick up. I spoke with John, who went above and beyond to help me. He gave me a full consultation that evening, walked me through rejigging and tweaking the design so that it would look it’s best and even delivered the booklets personally the very next day. This went on until late evening and I’ve no doubt was an unusual request with such short notice , but I felt reassured I was in good hands immediately. John was patient helping me with the design , empathetic to my circumstances and the end result was outstanding. I could not have been happier. I cannot thank Blue print and design, and specifically John enough , when I say they came through and went the extra mile I truly mean it. I would unreservedly recommend them to all that need a professional service with a tailored and personal touch. Forever grateful- thank you ! “
