After buying a £2000 potter's wheel they wouldn't even print off a receipt for it. And made me feel like I was asking for the world! I also had a refund to the wrong account and no receipt for this either. No apologies just argument after argument. Even when I friend tried to help me they were rude to him straight away. I was told countless times I would get a call if something wasn't in stock: wrong. No call no contact at all. I had to keep chasing and it's still not even resolved. I have spent so much money in this shop and have been treated appallingly. WARNING: CHECK ALL YOUR Records. They do not contact you when something isn't in stock. They do not refund you unless you chase!! Won't be spending any more money there. Worst experience I've ever had!

Sadly not a good first time user experience, ordered online 2 Feb and had email stating shipped the next day (3rd), great so far. Sent an email on 9th when nothing received, no email to say delayed or correspondence from a courier. Had no reply to that email so called on 10 Feb, and the gentleman, although polite and apologetic after struggling to find the order despite me having the order and invoice numbers, came back to me to say unable to explain why it had actually only been posted yesterday via Royal Mail. Update to add an extra star in view of fact that once posted the items did come quickly, accept reasons given for experience.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with my online order. Not only did it not arrive, the first or second time after numerous follow up, I still have not received a number of items and tools and do not get any response on email. I will definitely look for an alternative supplier.
