Booked a pick up from Dewsall Court. Taxi didn’t drive up to the house and by the time we we worked out where they were parked, the driver had already left. Had to wait 20 minutes for another car to arrive. On the second night the driver said the card machine was ‘broken’, even though we specifically asked to pay by card when booking.

My Mum booked a taxi from St Peter's Square after a short holiday and the driver went to the bus station, then when he did turn up at the correct pick up point he said he could only take cash not card payment.

I booked a taxi and was quoted £25-28 however when we arrived I was charged £33 and more to it we picked another passenger going the same direction and I would have thought we would be sharing the cost however it wasn't the case. Also I got to know there was a special fare for organisation I was going to and it wasn't applied to me. I got in touch with their customer service thinking it was a genuine mistake but they were unhelpful and unwilling to rectify it.
