Very un trust worthy company, left my phone in car, they were accessing my personal stuff emails Facebook etc, wouldent take me home without paying first, had to change passwords etc before I went to office to pick up my mobile phone, would not recommend

This is my latest Blue line post. I use them exclusively. Most of the time I use Blueline's Google app to order now or in a specific date & time. Their time keeping is spot on. They employ drivers that drive safely and have a good knowledge of the local area. I like the fact that the drivers will join in conversations if asked to. We have never experienced drivers trying to pad out the fare. The cars are always clean & smell nice. My partner nor myself have never had a bad experience with Blueline and this is why we use them exclusively.

Never felt as uncomfortable in a taxi in my whole life! Went to pick my daughter up from school and the taxi driver made me brush my self down after I had dog hairs on me. I understand that he didn’t want to get dog hairs in his taxi but was very rude when he told me and then my daughters water bottle accidentally leaked and he made me go in to the house to get a tea-towel for him to just drive off when I went to get one! When I gave him a £20 note to pay for my £7 taxi he gave me the worse look imaginable! The driver had a white ford focus and the taxi wasn’t exactly clean sparkling anyway! People shouldn’t be taxi drivers if they don’t want hairs and the odd accidental spillage in the cars!! Fair to say I won’t ever be using Blueline again!
