No need to shop around anymore, not only did they go above and beyond to help out, they delivered promptly, on time and the driver unloaded with a great attitude even though it was pouring down with rain. I pre ordered the wood on Tuesday, then paid for the wood Wednesday with the agreement that it would be cut and ready Saturday morning to collect, as I needed the help of a man with a van. They assured me on Tuesday and Wednesday it would be cut and ready. On the Saturday they said the two people I had spoke to were out at the moment and I was second on the list to have my order cut. I had to wait over 25 minutes for the wood to be ready. Bad service
