We enlisted Bluebird Creative for their wedding coordination services and we got to work with Coco who was absolutely fantastic! She had great communication with us from the start, took over from all my wedding plans without any issues and sorted out all the final details for us. On the day, she and her assistant Nina handled EVERYTHING! There's really no point me listing it because it really was everything. I'm an event planner so I was worried that I would be faffing about on the day checking on details but Coco was so professional and throughout the process really put me at ease that I could just relax and enjoy the day as the bride rather than a planner. I completely trusted her and she really delivered. I can't thank Coco and Nina enough and I'm so glad we had them on our team. My husband and I agreed that Bluebird was the best investment we made for the wedding - as you can tell by now, we would highly recommend Bluebird Creative's services for any weddings and events!

Working with Lauren and her team for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From our first meeting with Lauren she was so warm and friendly but also extremely professional and gave us a lot of comfort and trust in her. The whole team were fantastic in the weeks running up to the wedding, answering all our nighty queries and working with suppliers and were just superstars on the day. A lot of people told us we seemed so chilled organising our wedding but that was all down to The Bluebird team as they had everything under control which meant we were able to fully enjoy our day stress free.

Booking the Bluebird Creative team for their month of coordination service for our wedding was the best decision we made! We had a DIY wedding at a barn on our farm in Devon and Lauren and team helped take the stress and pressure off the last month of wedding prep and the day itself. The team are super professional and prepared for anything, they got on so well with the other suppliers and made sure everything ran smoothly. On the day they helped so much by making the little decisions that make a big difference. For example closing an entrance door on the barn to ensure the place names/ table names didn't blow away. If the team hadn't been there this simple difference could have caused chaos. In the lead up to the wedding the knowledge and support the team give is invaluable - it's likely to be the first and hopefully only wedding you organise so having experts to guide you along the way in the last month is SOOO helpful! I can not recommend Lauren and her team enough they were amazing - THEY ARE THE DREAM TEAM!

Where do I start! Lauren & her team were amazing from start to finish and our Wedding wouldn't have been the same without her! I used Bluebird Creative for the 'month of' wedding co-ordination and Lauren met us at the venue to run through every bit of detail we wanted on the day. She then took over all the suppliers we'd booked and created an amazing timeline. She was there all day on the Wedding day and was always checking in on me and my husband and her attention to detail was amazing. We had so many comments from family and friends to say how great she was too! I honestly don't think the day would have been the same without her and it took so much pressure off of me as the bride knowing that everything was going just the way we wanted it and no problem was too big for her! We booked Lauren to do ‘A month of co-ordination’ for our marquee wedding and it was honestly the best wedding decision we made. From the very first meeting Lauren was extremely organised and knowledgable. Even in the face of nearly a complete disaster two weeks before the wedding she just calmly fixed it and left us in a much better place than where we started! On the day Lauren and Louise were completely invaluable, not only are they just lovely people to have around, but they ensured the complete smooth running of the day and had thought of every last detail. They made us feel totally at ease - it was just like having two of your oldest friends in control of your wedding and all your guests. We cannot recommend Lauren and her team highly enough and only wish we could do it all over again.

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing Lauren and the team at Bluebird creative are. From the minute we met Lauren I felt a huge sense of relief knowing I was putting all my planning in to such capable hands. She went through every detail of our day so thoroughly and I felt so reassured that she knew exactly how we wanted our day to run. Lauren and her lovely team went above and beyond their roles during the day to make sure that we had the best experience possible. We had a complete catering nightmare and a few mini disasters on the day (which had nothing to do with Lauren and the team) but the team managed to rectify this for us as much as possible on the day and completed tasks that they weren’t even meant to do. We will be forever grateful to them for their hard work, positive energy and commitment to ensuring we had our dream wedding day.

We hired Lauren for the 'month of coordination' for our wedding and I am SO delighted that we did. From the first chat she was on it with next steps that needed to happen and prompting us to think about logistics that we hadn't given much thought to. Lauren really got the vision that we were working towards and made sure the suppliers and our venue were all on the same page. There were some last minute changes to our ceremony location and Lauren was cool headed, positive and made what could have been a disappointment, a triumph! On the day her and Alex fitted in perfectly and exceeded our expectations with how smoothly everything ran. They totally fit in with our fun-filled day and executed our vision beautifully. Lauren thought on her feet with repurposing bubbles for our ceremony for our first dance, which was genius! We were also a little behind our schedule later in the evening, but Lauren and Alex remained cool, calm and positive. My partner and I agreed that Lauren was worth every penny and we couldn't have had such a great day without Bluebird Creative! Every wedding should have Lauren. Our wedding was such a love filled, joyous day that was so full of happiness and Bluebird was a massive part of that. Thank you again!!
