    We were looking for a company to assist with the clearance of our mother’s house after her move into residential care. Our mother had lived in the same house for almost sixty years and the task of going through everything, and recycling where possible, felt overwhelming to say the least. After researching possibilities online we discovered Bluebird Clearance Co and, after my initial phone call to Kim we honestly felt like we had discovered the answer to our prayers! Kim could not have been more helpful and compassionate throughout what was an incredibly emotional process. She even switched appointments around in order to help us when our house buyers were suddenly able to proceed at very short notice. The team spent two days clearing the house and worked with care and sensitivity throughout. We could not be more impressed with the service provided by Bluebird and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing a job done thoroughly and with complete professionalism.

    I can't praise this company high enough. From dealing with Kim in the office through to the team who cleared my late Mother's house, everyone was fantastic. Clearing a property in these circumstances is never easy but I was treated in a kind and compassionate manner. I was really impressed that every precaution was taken to protect the carpets and after the team had finished removing everything they hoovered and tidied up too. Would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
