    Reported to CQC and Southampton adult services regarding safeguarding issues.Avoid folks.Notice the reviews are from staff??.Send staff that have no concept of catheter care and even staff that don't know how to empty a night bag and leave it festering in the shower for 24hrs for the regular carer to deal with.A P..ss poor company that should be closed downSpoke to a Paul ref a false reply.Told would only speak to an estranged relative.Totally unprofessional.Put phone down on me.AVOID this diabolical franchiseeThis a company that left my father to take himself to the toilet on December 9th unassisted and was found on floor 10 hrs later by his main carer(not bluebird).This a company that on his release from hospital due to their negligence on 20th December failed to attend to do a risk assessment and formulate a new care plan.Absolutely diabolical and this a company that charge between £26 and £28 for a HALF hour call in the evenings False information as my father has full mental capacity so NO power of attorney for health and welfare.Full risk assessment at home required 21st March on his discharge from hospital or formal complaint to CQC and Southampton 4adultervices will be made
