Bluebird Care Sandwell set a standard for personal care in the home that every other Home Care provider should aspire to. My mother-in-law's care has been exceptional since she fell and returned home from hospital following hip surgery. Her mobility is now severely restricted and she needs a lot of help with all aspects of her personal care. I suggest that my wife is a good judge, she is a trained nurse with 30 years experience, having spent much of her career in care for the elderly - both in the NHS and also in the private sector. We live 100 miles from mum and were unable to visit at all during the Covid-19 lock down. Throughout this time Bluebird Care has been the best decision we could have made on mum's behalf. Mum was adamant that she wanted to return home following her accident and she has been looked after by a thoroughly professional and caring organisation. Her carers are all very positive, pleasant and well trained. Mum consistently sees the same small group of carers and she has developed a close personal relationship with all of them. She now views them all as close friends and looks forward to their visits. Anyone needing personal care in their home should look no further than Bluebird Care Sandwell.
