It's Managers go to lengths to make all comfortable and at ease, working for and with the Company. The Franchise owners have been exceptionally amazing, taking time off their busy schedules to seat with employees themselves, to listen to their concerns, and take feedback from the field. They do well to action negative feedback, as well as get answers and solutions to employee concerns given to them that needs to be looked at, keeping to timelines given for reseatings. Bluebird Care North Hampshire, has been great working with so far.

I have never known any management/staff to be so incredibly kind, welcoming and flexible.
