We brought our hot tub in May 2020 and the the customer service has been amazing. The whole process was so easy from from buying to installing. One of my sons picked off one of the seals from around the light after a quick email and phone call a new one was sent out. We love our hot tub and use it 3/4 times a week. The customer service, sales, pre installation and after care service is second to none a real comfort to know that if you do have any issues they will be rectified quickly. 100% recommend blue whale spa and their hot tubs!
