It's just utterly appalling how the owner David is treating his own staff and the residents! It's no wonder there is a high staff turnover every month. The food fed to the poor souls is way below par as is their daily care. If you're looking to put a loved one into a care home, avoid this place like the plague!

Waited over an hour for the bluewater representitive to arrive to assess my mum, eventually the Socia Worker phoned for the 3nd or third time to be told the rep was not coming, if this is how they conduct business Its a surprise that they are still open.

Blue Water Care Home is a hotel styled home. They provide a warm, safe and caring home that meets and exceeds the needs of the residents and their expectations. No one wants to go into a care home but this is no ordinary home. They have everything from a beach and a cinema to an on-site hairdresser and a beautician. They really care about their residents and go out their way to ensure everyone is happy and tailor everything to every individuals needs.

My grandmother recently moved into Bluewater Care Home the care is five stars it has turned out to be the best move for my nan and family it's a very friendly happy home and when visiting nan we are always made to feel very welcome by the staff.
