    Came out to me when I lost my car key a long way from home. £246 for a single chunky generic replacement. Asked them not to cancel my other keys (my spare was at home), but they were cancelled anyway. Timpson (much better experience) re-coded all 3 for £99 when I got home. Not happy.

    This company are scammers they persuaded me into paying first with a non guarantee key extraction which they charged me £150 for when it came to extracting the key the lock picker complained about him being overweight and not having enough room to do the extraction my key was left locked in the car and my remote was broken I paid to be left in a worse position than I started in

    After locking my keys in the car boot I contacted this company for help. After getting in touch with them they told us 3pm on bank holiday Monday (30)th. After paying the non refundable amount of £144 we waited for them to arrive!!! Only 630pm we got a missed call from the company!! after waiting until 5pm we contacted a friend who was able to take us home by tow truck and drive the two hour trip! Waste of time and money. Won’t be contacting this company again

    I would give -10 if I was able - this company advertises that they are located in B&Q, they are a call centre company, who book and farm out to subcontractors. I booked a key repair, the subcontractor decided to finish for the day - so didnt arrive and didnt call - this company then fobbed me off, leaving me stuck down the other end of the country DO NOT USE THEM. They charge upfront for service and still havent refunded despite providing no service and no help.

    First spoke with them on the 12th March regarding ignition barrel replacement. Paid for service up front and on day part was to be fitted was told wrong part was ordered but I had to contact them for info. Now 2 weeks down the line part still not fitted have been booked in twice and contacted on the day that part not arrived. I fully understand deliveries can be late but why would you arrange dates and times for work to be carried out prior to the part being there. For a company to be paid up front and still not completed the work is a joke but since I have paid the money up front I'm fully invested in the work being carried out. No one has once contacted me in regards to any compensation in relation to failing to carry out work that's already been paid for is shocking. Since posting this review my vehicle has been fixed after agian having the wrong part which i was advised from them the issues that required to be fixed. The engineer was 1st class but as the self proclaimed number 1 auto locksmith their customer service has been absolutely disgraceful. After the hassle I have had I spoke to them about compensation and was informed nothing would be forthcoming. I also asked for receipts with full breakdown of cost for both parts and labour and was advised that wasn't possible as I don't believe that both parts would cost the exact same amount right down to the penny. I was never expecting a full refund but was expecting something as a goodwill gesture for all the inconvenience that the " number 1 auto locksmith" has caused. Happy enough to take peoples cash but not willing to give back anyhing. If I could give anything less than 1 star I would. Stay well clear of this company and shop around I'm sure there are better companies around and with a far better customer service

    Terrible experience.... Were lazy in coming... The first man could not do it and broke a part... The second again came after three days... He could not do it and walked away... Lying that there is no current... Had to get it done privately who showed what they had broken... cost me £740…... They have not reimbursed or apologised.... Keep away from them
