Very dissatisfied with the service now that Blue spider took over. Craggy island used to be so good! Book our son's birthday party but he got COVID so had to cancel. Was told I could rebook or refunded AT ANY TIME. When I called and emailed to do this, no one returned my messages. Was eventually told I would get a call back but no one bothered. Our son had no party and they just pocketed £160. Think twice before booking.

Blue Spider Climbing was a very good experience, friendly service, technical climbing walls and good bouldering but the centre is more climbing based. All round a good couple of hours of fun.

Relatively small climbing/bouldering centre, nice cafe area to sit in if you're not participating.
