I instructed Stevan Dillon to prepare a right to light report to investigate a potential light issue I may have with my neighbour when extending my house. After discussing the issues with him, he agreed to review the case and supply a preliminary opinion which would, of course, be subject to a full site visit. I was more than happy with his quotation. Blue Sky Surveyors responded to my email within 24 hours where a number of other companies failed to reply after emails were sent or even returned calls when contacted. I was contacted by Stevan who was very helpful and knowledgeable on a ‘Right to Light’ query. He spent some time going through information I supplied and asked a number of questions before responding with a detailed answer.
