I wait 15 minutes for piercing with no chair and no air. Then someone else go inside even so he came after me and the piercing girl was so rude and made me feel like she do me a favor when she actually does her job. Definitely not recommended place

I went here to get two of my helix piercings fitted today, and gosh what a mess! The guy that did it was extremely unhelpful and took about an hour to get them fitted. First the bars would not fit the jewellery and he had to spend time finding other bars, then when the piercings had been fitted, one of them had broken in the process. I then had to choose a new piece of jewellery (they only had one), after already spending lots of time deciding on which one I wanted. He then spent another eternity getting them fitted, and dropped them three or four times down my shirt. After it was all finished and I saw the result, the bar was waaay too long and it looked awful. He obviously saw that I was not pleased with the result, but proceeded to just go upstairs to have a cigarette. I then came up and said that I did not really want to pay for the fitting because the long bar looked awful. He was furious and said that they did not have shorter bars than what he used. His colleague then came up to me and said she would do a re-fitting on me. I was confused and told her that the other guy just told me they did not have anything shorter - which apparently they did. It took her about three minutes from that conversation until the piercing was fitted and actually looked decent. I was super happy she was willing to help me out. If it was not for her, I would have given one star. I came late to an appointment because I stayed for so long in the piercing shop. Will never come back there. Service: Helix piercing

Took a couple of attempts to get the needle through my septum, but that's what I expected because my nose is really hard to work with. the piercer was very professional about it after the first attempt they stopped, gave me a tissue for the bleeding, binned the old tools before getting new gloves on, opening a new clamp and needle from their sterilised packaging and got it through with no trouble the second time. despite the hassle, it was a wonderful experience and I'm overwhelmingly happy with the results! Extremely professional and 100% the place to go for piercings in Camden. Clean, quick and very friendly

Had my labret re pierced here. The equipment and premises all appeared to be sterile however they missed the target by at least 5 mill despite me having the scars from my original piercing. It was in the middle at the front but very wonky at the back of my lip. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! The worst £35 I've ever spent. Returned to try to resolve the issue however was not open even though google said would be open so i was unable to. Have now had to remove the piercing and will have to go somewhere that's knows what they are doing to re pierce it once I have healed. Judging by the quality of my piercing I would AVOID! . I guess if you can walk straight in and be pierced immediately then you should be cautious!

Excellent service! I’ve wanted a particular finger tattoo for ages and popped in while I was passing just to enquire about making a booking etc but the artist was available and did it there and then. He was very attentive and gave good advice about what would look best. The place is clean and professional. Highly recommend
