    We decided to book a mackerel fishing trip as neither of us had tried it before and thought it would be more interesting than just sitting on a boat. It was our favourite part of our holiday. Ian and Cameron were brilliant at showing us how to fish as we had never done it before. Within half an hour we were catching mackerel! The weather was beautiful, and we were well looked after.     We went on the mackerel fishing trip and we loved it. We caught 10 mackerel for our dinner and lots more smaller fish that we put back. The staff onboard found the perfect balance between giving helpful instructions and allowing us independence to enjoy the fishing. They also gutted the fish for us so we could bbq and eat them a couple hours later. The views were stunning too. We will definitely be returning the next time we're in Pembrokeshire.
