Can’t recommend Andy highly enough at Blue rock pools. I had an issue with my hot tub which he Identified the issues straight away. ordered the parts needed that same day telling me exactly the cost involved which were very reasonable. Came back as soon as parts in to fix. Now back up and running and as good as new. Not only that he is a lovely guy to deal with and so is Jane! Will use all the time now moving forward.

I have dealt with Andy for many years and when it came to needing to replace an aged leaking liner, I had no hesitation in contacting him again. A prompt and as always friendly response at a busy time resulted in a perfect job! Apart from a short delay due to the usual Covid problems at the manufacturing end, the liner went in without a hitch; a thirty year old pool almost back to its pristine original. I would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Rock pools for any on-going maintenance and general pool care needs including new liner fitting.

Went to buy hot tub chemicals and was told which ones I needed only and he spent at least a half hour telling me what to do and how to do it since then I've not had a issue with cloudy water will highly recommend a visit thank you very much
