Poor/complete lack of communication with their clients. They take forever to repair items. They issue incorrect late fees, invoice dates and statements. And they ignore messages in their online portal yet have the absolute cheek to charge additional charges for late payments!

Edited to add that I have now moved away from the area, and they managed to still find a way to fleece more money from me (300 legal fees to change the deeds, plus no refund for the previous year as promised). This company was almost as bad, and almost as much a reason to love out as the local criminals. Utterly shocking service. Do not maintain the area to the standard I expect, our assigned manager is rude and the collections team (collecting money for jobs not done) are pushy. Unfortunately didn't have a choice, but I will be encouraging the residents to move elsewhere. Complaints lead to cyclical arguments where they find any way of weaseling out of doing actual work. Costs added to the previous year on spite of a lack of attendance due to the pandemic. Increases to insurance in spite of no increase in the risk. Paying for postage costs for emails???

We ve been waiting over a month for a response from Blue Property for our request to form a Tenants Association. We sent a formal request by registered post and followed up with emails and calls but all to no avail. They simply will not reply. We have a legal right to be able to form one and have no qualms about going to tribunal to get recognised as an Association. It begs the question, what are Blue Property afraid of. Do they see Tenants and Residents associations as a threat. It seems to me by their apathy that they do.......perhaps we will get a response on this forum

Awful company. They mow a tiny bit of green maybe twice a year. The flower beds are pits of mud, zero maintenence from them! Nearly £180 they are charging us a year, for what?! I'd rather go out and do the little work they do and keep MY money. Threats of court if not paid on time but you never receive the emails, instant adding of fees because you didn't get any notification of payment due. If you're buying a house, or renting and this company is on the agreement, avoid it. Horrible service and they take your money but provide no service at all!
