Extremely Dissatisfied Customer - Breach of Consumer Rights and Finance Agreement Dear Blue Motor Finance, I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company. The purpose of this correspondence is to formally lodge a complaint and share my negative experience regarding the misrepresentation of the vehicle's Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) compliance, as well as the inadequate resolution offered to rectify the situation. In March, I purchased a car from your dealership, and it was explicitly advertised as being ULEZ compliant. However, to my shock and dismay, I discovered that the car is not, in fact, ULEZ compliant. This false advertisement is a direct violation of consumer rights, as it has led to significant inconvenience, financial loss, and emotional distress. Instead of offering a suitable resolution, your company provided me with a car that has significantly less value compared to my current vehicle. This unfair and inadequate solution demonstrates a lack of consideration for the financial and emotional impact this has caused me. It is disheartening to witness a company that fails to take responsibility for their actions and instead attempts to shift the blame onto the customer. Furthermore, the prolonged delay and lack of urgency in addressing this matter are utterly unacceptable. Since March, I have been dealing with this issue, which has caused immense stress and frustration. The corresponding email I received from your company further illustrates the lack of empathy and genuine concern for customers who have fallen victim to your misleading advertising. By engaging in false advertising and failing to provide a satisfactory resolution, your company has breached not only my consumer rights but also the terms of our finance agreement. I want to emphasize that this is an egregious violation that cannot be overlooked. Extremely disappointed bear in mind that this vehicle is my only way of transport , I surprisingly got charged when travelling to London not knowing the car wasn’t ulez compliant . They keep assigning me new complaints liaison advisor to tell me that an investigation has to be done best in mind that one of their agent already admitted that the mistake come from them and not the actual dealer
