Me and my partner are pesketarian.....we ordered the salmon with rice and steam veg the salmon was abit tough... we go to the wholesale market all the time and buy salmon....this wasn't giving salmon it was giving me trout vibes due to they look a like i'm just saying. I would still eat from there but I just wouldn't order the salmon / trout again but each to their own.
