    Whilst visiting Newcastle I needed a jewelry change and found Blue Lotus on google. Booking an appointment online was really easy. I arrived for my appointment a bit early and was made to feel very welcome. I was shown a variety of nose studs and advised what was best for me. The lady that changed my stud was so lovely and friendly. The place is so clean and you can see hygiene is top priority. She even found out the name of my local jewelry stockist. I cant recommend the guys enough and will definitely be visiting again when I'm back in Newcastle.

    I always get my piercings here and theyve always healed fine and been great. I came in today with a BOTCHED septum piercing (done by someone else because it was an impulse piercing) and they were great. Really caring and gentle at removing the piercing. They all kept apologising to me even though it wasnt them who screwed it up! Very caring team.
