Absolutely shocking service! I spent a few hundred pounds on a kit I had to chase the results many times as they took over 2 months to come back (instead of the 4 weeks). I had some questions so they booked for me to see a dietician, they didn't show up for that meeting, I then chased & it was rebooked for a few weeks time, she rescheduled that appointment at the very last minute for 2 weeks later, I've just sat online for 15minutes waiting for her to attend our meeting & again a no show! It's now been almost 4 months since I returned my test. I would not recommend Blue Horizon to anyone!
