Very nice place, and well set-out, with a wide variety of choice. However, I was very disappointed with one young man who works there. I had bought five bags of top soil from within the building, and was helped by a man who works there. Having paid for them, and pushed the trolley to my car, I was struggling to put the bags into my car. Being an elderly man, I can't lift heavy things like I used to. A young boy employee who was collecting trolleys, headed my way. I thought he was coming to help me. But all he did was collect the trolleys that were near to where I was parked. He walked past me about 6 feet away, and totally ignored my struggles. Sorry to say, but he is a very rude and thoughtless person, and reflects badly on this business.

This is a fantastic garden centre - the quality and selection of plants is excellent and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I visit with my elderly mum who is in a wheelchair and the team there are extremely accomodating. She loves visiting the cafe - the food is always great, tasty and beautifully presented - the coffee is spot on, and we are always made to feel very welcome. Our last server, Megan D, was so friendly and made mum's visit even more special.
