I had a hot tub recommission after 18months idle carried out. The guys were prompt and professional but I felt lacked the 5 star customer care. When the job was complete I went out to take a look and found that the front panel had been left misaligned leaving a gap. A 1" noticeable gap! I pointed it out and they corrected it, but that created a gap on a side panel I didn't notice which I will now have to sort out myself. Given the cost of this service I expected more care. Not sure I'll use again. Update: I received a call and an engineer was sent out to me to rectify the issue. Thank you Service: Hot tub equipment maintenance

We bought a new Hot Tub from Bluecube, Naomi was very helpful and helped us choose easily without any pressure, Andy surveyed a couple of times and was really helpful, the communication from the office was superb and the tub was delivered on time and easily, support all the way through from purchase to end was a pleasure, after visiting other hot tub retailers I would say Bluecube are the best by miles and would highly recomend them to anyone

Would definetly recommend Blue Cube Pools. Andy and his team have always been very friendly and provide a very efficient service. I originally contacted Andy with a view to getting rid my pool, but was convinced otherwise. I'm so glad we kept it, as its been great fun for the kids! The team were able to have the pool restored, taught us how to maintain it, and are always available if required for ongoing support. Would definetly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant service, we had an issue with our swimming pool ( that unfortunately we did not purchase from bluecube pools ) but Andy was extremely helpful and sorted the issue out after a couple of ‘call outs’ very happy with their service, if we were to ever purchase another pool, we would definitely go with bluecube pools and would highly recommend them to everyone!!
