Absolutely wonderful wonderful people. Sadly our little boy of 17 years had to be put to sleep. These people are amazing. True animal lovers for all the right reasons unlike Goddard's vetinary services who charge Hundred to put your baby to sleep. Absolute parasites. This Blue Cross were amazing. Putting a pet down should be advise. No one should be forced to sign to put their pet down. You live with that guit for the rest of your life if you were unsure. This decision should not be rushed unless its an animal in obvious pain struggling where the vet is 100% there is no chance. It may be another cat or dog to other ppl but my cat was my life..... If you have the money stay away from bluecross Victoria. The vet had not even recieved the specialist report of our cat but she put her opinion above the specialist and said this is the kindest thing to do!... Yh and now we will never know
