FAQ

How do you ensure the health and well-being of the pets in your adoption program?

We have a team of trained professionals who conduct thorough health checks on all of our pets before they are put up for adoption. We also make sure that the pets receive all necessary vaccinations and treatments. Once a pet is adopted, we provide new owners with information on how to maintain their pet's health and well-being, including advice on nutrition, exercise, and regular check-ups with a veterinarian.

What is the adoption process?

Our adoption process begins with an application, which can be submitted online or in person. Once we receive an application, we review it and conduct a background check. If the application is approved, we then match the applicant with a suitable pet and arrange for a meet and greet. If both the applicant and pet are a good fit, we proceed with the adoption, which includes signing an adoption contract and paying an adoption fee.

What kind of support and resources do you provide to new pet owners?

We provide a range of resources and support to new pet owners, including information on nutrition, exercise, and health care. We also offer training classes and behavioral support to help pets and owners adjust to their new living situation. In addition, we have a team of experienced staff and volunteers who are available to answer any questions or concerns that new owners may have.

What is your policy on returning adopted pets?

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and it may be necessary to return an adopted pet. In such cases, we ask that the owner contact us as soon as possible so that we can work together to find a solution. We have a policy of taking back any adopted pet at any time, provided that the pet has not been mistreated or neglected.

Can you provide references or testimonials from satisfied adopters?

Yes, we have many satisfied adopters who have provided us with testimonials and references. We would be happy to share these with anyone who is interested in adopting a pet from us. Additionally, we encourage potential adopters to read our reviews on social media and other online platforms to see what others have said about their experiences with our adoption program.
