Would give these guys a zero of could,3rd time I've been here,only reason I came the 2nd and 3rd time is cause its convenient for I either shop or go to mosque near there and leave my car,always try to charge extra saying your cars really dirty,seems like a policy they have to do this to make more money,avoid these guys at all costs...scammers

Returned again... Returned to see if anything had changed as I had a notification that when I returned they would look after me the next time. Sadly this was not the case and an angry old man started shouting "what year was this, what year what year I said what year was this? No, we didn't say anything like that, not going to do that" even offered to show him the response on my review but he was not bothered. Then started shouting in his own language at one of the other workers and did so for a few minutes. All I can say is just avoid this car wash, the only thing increasing is their prices, when it should be their CS and quality. Either way still paid for what I would normally get and they car wasn't dried well, the tyres just like the last time weren't cleaned properly. I waited to see if anyone cleans them, and nope, just skipped right passed it and at the end I had to point it out to which I received a huff and a puff and even then I had to wipe some off with my own hands at the end. No air freshener provided, no paper mats, the quality has just gotten worse. AVOID, THERES ANOTHER ONE JUST ON THE ROAD OPPOSITE, BETTER OFF GOING THERE. Previous visit: Went here recently, always drove by, thought I'd try them out once and then decide further...I won't be returning. Their space is plentiful, so it was good impressions from the go, drove forward very slow as it wasn't clear where to go, and then a guy sitting in his car boot started saying something I couldn't make out, eventually realised he worked there (was not in uniform) asked what I wanted and directed me where to park. It is slightly more in £££'s than others I have been to or drive past, just by a pound or 2. At first I thought it was going well. I did notice that they didn't wipe it totally dry (I remained silent for an honest first time opinion, as some do realise later and revisit it, sadly wasn't the case here). Had the car washed, interior vacuumed and some other things... Got home, did an inspection and saw that it hadn't been cleaned properly from the alloys, more than one, still some dirt present, and not fully dried down. When it came to pay the money, I asked to pay by card (which is seen the customer before me pay by), I was told the card machine does not work, very poor service, had I not had cash with me I was advised cross over and go to the ATM just over the road. I don't mind walking to an ATM, the thing which annoyed me more was the guy started to get a bit rude, even mentioned he has like £100 in his pocket all the time just in case he needs it and was making comparison to me not having any. I mentioned it's a digital age and I saw the card machine being used...wasn't getting anywhere so cheekily I asked is it less if I pay by cash, abrupt no and I just paid and left...won't be returning again. There is so much opportunity to make this a great car wash, but you need to iron out these issues with the card machine and staff and definitely attention to detail.

Awful experience. I paid for a wash and dry with tyre shine. They barely dried the car, I asked them to do it properly and they still didn't do so, claiming they were closing. They shouldn't have taken my custom then! Avoid!
