I'm not especially keen on going public but I am willing to make an exception on this occasion because quite frankly the service from this company is exemplary, fantastic. We had a problem with a couple of batteries purchased from Blue Box. Although to be honest, we were not certain if the problem we were having was with the battery charger rather than the batteries themselves. Anyway,when we contactedBlue Box Batteries to say we thought there was a problem they immediately offered to help by supplying two brand new replacement batteries free-of-charge. They backed this up by a quick delivery service as well. Over the years one has come to expect this level of customer service from an established market leader like John Lewis but it is a very pleasant and positive surprise from a relatively new, small company and online retailer. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable, trustworthy service supported by outstanding customer service. Our experience of Blue Box Batteries has been absolutely first class, and we shall definitely be using them next time when we need top quality batteries, at a highly competitive price, again in the future.

Customer service is a rare commodity these days so when one finds a fine example it is worth writing about. I first had dealings with Blue Box batteries a few years ago when my Father-in-Laws' second hand mobility scooter stopped working. I was not sure of the cause. Martin of Blue Box batteries checked the problem and sold us very competitively priced replacements. After a few years of regular use the scooter was left inactive for quite some time and would not function so I again contacted Blue Box Batteries, not sure if it was the same problem again. Martin checked the batteries then charged and discharged them several times, restoring them to working order so there was no immediate need for replacements. How many companies do you know that provide an after sales service like that?
