Above & beyond. We bought rugby boots for our child at the end of August, we very pleased with the service in store and will definitely return for future purchases. We lost a stud at the weekend so emailed Blue Blood Sports first thing on Monday to see if they have any spares we can buy from them. Immediately we got a email to say they have some and they'll send them out. Lo and behold they were hand delivered to us on Monday evening! Fortunately we live on the route of Ben's journey home. Brought my racquet here to be restrung after decathlon made an absolute mess of it. Richard the stringer is extremely helpful and friendly. Talked me through all the different string options and gave a really bespoke service. Really knows what he's talking about, and is cheaper than decathlon! Will be a regular customer from now on.
