Horrible, Horrible service. Some staff were extremely rude as well as their system being unorganised.Beware of an unknown fee of £75 (not written anywhere) for a walk in appointment.We applied 4 months in advance and weren’t given a single appointment and on top of that, were forced to pay it as this place sends you back home if you arrive too far ahead of your booked holiday.

Absolutely terrible waited for 3 months to get appointment decided to turn up at centre they will send you back if you have flying date more then 3 weeks left. BLS, makes money on two ways! through online agents where they block all appointments for agent hardly get any appointment for general public and if you walk in without appointment?! you pay a premium service. Simply if you can't find an appointment online don't panic!!! Just walk in to the centre 3 weeks prior to flying dates. Make sure your application is filled correctly. They would let you in however, you pay a premium cost.

I been there yesterday with my partner documents and was around 2:20pm when I passed to one guy who was helping me, but in that moment one French women, tall with long hair, started to scream on me telling me my documents was mixed and they can check it like that. The guy who was helping me was explaining to me what more do I need to show them because in my case I’m Spanish, and I was trying to know what my partner will need for apply as EU Family Member, but this non-conforming woman kept yelling at me that they were already closing and I need to leave from the office ASAP. Is this normal? Who can someone who was not helping yell at people, in this case myself. Your office should be asked if this kind of people need to be working there, or do the Spanish embassy know about this kind of bad treatment to Spanish people or others ? That’s really bad for people’s who goes to apply for a visa.

This place is an absolute joke. Someone posted earlier that it looks, smells, and feels like fish market, and that’s exactly how it feels! Run by Indian staff, some of whom are walking around barefooted. Shocking. Is Spanish Embassy actually aware? No space to seat, no ventilation, delayed appointments, even when you pay for the so called premium service. Absolutely shambles all around.

Terrible website and office overran by bots and shady scalpers, with the company doing nothing to stop this (the online captcha stops humans better than bots!). Getting an appointment is virtually impossible, though your chances marginally improve if you're willing to pay exuberant fees. Shambles of a provider allowed to be the sole intermediary for an important consular service of a sovereign European nation. Staff at the office are incredibly rude, charging you hidden fees while making you feel like you're paying for a favor and not a service. How this office is allowed to stay in business is absolutely beyond me.

I highly recommend avoiding the BLS Spain Application Center in London. I recently visited the center, and I had a terrible experience. Firstly, the staff members were primarily Indian and lacked professionalism in their communication. Their language skills were subpar, which made it difficult to have a productive interactions. Additionally, the center lacked any sense of work ethic. It felt chaotic, like a fish market, with an overcrowded environment that exceeded its capacity. Moreover, to make matters worse, no air conditioning was available, making the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, I strongly advise against choosing this center for your application needs.
