    A nightmare experience…., The company has no regard for communication or discussion with residents about what they are charging for. Company strikes me as fraudulent. Charge excessive fees for horrendous service. The worst property management company one could ever have. They lack professionalism, have no moral compass, non responsive to any form of contact being a phone or email/ghosting my repeated email. Additionally, they have shady work ethics. Completely unprofessional. If I ever find another development they manage, that will be reason enough to avoid it. You’ve been warned!!! Would give zero stars if I could

    Dreadful company to deal with. They were employed to manage a block in which I owned one apartment. Their charges were incredibly high, we always ended up with a large balancing charge at year end yet the standard of maintenance was appalling. Don't rent/buy anything managed by these guys.

    Rubbish and poor company that can't deliver good service towards their residents and tenant , three years promised to plant trees and coming back saying , we don't have money or budget for it, I want to know where is our money goes from service charges , all flats paying 1600 pounds and houses paying 600 pounds in a complex area colindsle nw9 adastral South Village. How can we get rid of this company and find a new one ? Look at the government, the prime minister is changing every 45 days .

    Years of neglect from the director John Galliers and all of the property managers who have ever been assigned to look after our block. Empty promises and unmet expectations. They charge a premium for their service and fail to deliver anything. I have been chasing for answers over many months and every email and phone call is ignored. Save yourself and go somewhere else, all the good reviews are fake the company is totally incompetent. If you want to pay your hard earned money to some cowboys that don't even reply then BLR is the right company! Nothing but nightmares dealing with these con artists. AVOID

    Having been a leaseholder subjected to receiving services from BLR for the last 10+ years, I am exhausted with dealing with this company. There have been many complaints made in writing and over the phone but the issues are either not dealt with or simply re-occuring. If you look at the reports on the online portal for my estate, there are ongoing themes. These include lack of ground maintenance, mice infestations, cleaning issues. Yes, some residents and non-residents are at fault, but the estate is still not being properly managed. Additionally, the service we are receiving has reduced over the years but the service charge has not. We recently received a letter advising that they can only accept direct debit for monthly installment payments and we will be charged £20 to do so. No other company I have ever dealt with charges for direct debit, in fact, it is normally cheaper to pay by direct debit. BLR are taking advantage of the position that leaseholders are in where they are in breach of their lease if they do not pay their service charge. Very few people can afford to pay the annual service charge in full. They therefore have no choice but to pay this ridiculous charge on top of the admin charges already included in the service charge cost. I would like to thank the BLR directors for their thought and consideration towards us residents who are currently receiving increasing utility, rent and council tax bills as well as increased costs for food. Well done for adding to the stress. We see the type of company you are.
