    The big fella with glasses needs a new job, I am surprised how someone like that has a job of such responsibility. Awkward and slow service, couldn't even understand that you can now send your parcels to post office to collect in case you miss delivery. Asking me how did I manage to do that lol. Maybe you need a refresher course mate, and costumer service is certainly not for you. You should try stacking pallets in a factory, more suitable for your bad attitude and lack of communication skills.

    Very poor service from one of the post office counter. First of he was making joke laughing on us . After he done wrong address on the post which we asked for next day tracking delivery he took too long for service.Very annoying person and disrespectful person.

    Have used these on and off only when I am passing through or visiting Bloxwich, Have been rudely spoken to by the older man, so I've snapped back and said a few vile words, well if they want to speak to people horrible then I give back what I get. Must have remembered me snapping back as hasn't done it since, usually avoid this horrible customer service post office as all others not far away are far more polite. He's not authority just a sad person who doesn't know how to be polite at all.

    Today I went into Bloxwich Post Office to be greeted by an exceptionally rude man working there. I asked the man if I could return my parcel and showed him the returns label which included a QR code on my phone. The man said that I needed to print the label at home to which I responded that I didn’t and he could scan and print it there. In front of my young children and the other customers he then responded, “You’re not listening to me, I can’t do that, I am the post master!” After shouting at me in such a disgusting way I walked out and went straight to the Pelsall high street post office to be greeted by two lovely ladies who scanned, printed and returned my parcel for me in seconds. I will never return to Bloxwich Post Office again - what an arrogant and rude man !!!!
