Don't know how it got such a low score. Always managed to get an appointment even during the pandemic, where as others had difficulty for their own local GP. I'm thankful my child was able to be seen and not have a long appointment wait time.

Receptionists think they are actual doctors or nurses, always saying no appointments, when on the few occasions I've managed to get in the surgery is empty I've sat on my own in the waiting room for up to 45 minutes over my appointment time and still waiting room is empty. So rude sometimes

The lady on the main reception today Saturday 24th September was a miserable cow! I stood by the counter and she just looked at me. I said "I have an appointment" she replied "Name?" I replied with my name and she said "Through the double door / turn left and wait there" no smile or nothing. Dr Allen on the other hand was an amazing Dr very caring and explained everything.

can never get through an the telephone, when you manage to, they have no appointments and told to call back, how on earth, do they expect people who WORK, to keep calling. They should get the receptionist to run the country, they think they know it all.

Very good surgery, no complaints really. I always find the Staff and Doctors very pleasant and helpful. It would however be helpful to have econsult facilities or at least the ability to leave messages, but it's no big deal really.

How you’ve got 4 stars shocks me. The receptionists are rude and ruin it for the surgery.Dr Brand is such a nice man but getting through the engaged tone - then the person answering to being able to get an actual appointment is the hard bit. I work full time too!

Saw a gp today who seemed very irritated by my presence. I found him to be bad tempered and frankly rude. I left the practice upset. I will not wish to consult him again. Generally a very good practice and ive always been happy with their care previously
