Seem to have got ruder. Admittedly there is one sharp one but seems she trained the others. They don’t let you explain symptoms- cut you off mid sentence if they listened they would get the answers - “my filling has fallen out can I have a appointment” “Your not in pain so why do you need a quick appointment” “Well you haven’t asked me if I’m in pain or not” “Well we can’t fit you in call back at 8am and we will see what we can do” Go elsewhere

A surgery that is open til 8pm( unheard of!) free car parking, helpful and friendly staff, outstanding pricing for private fees and the dentist is possibly one of the best I have seen in years who really knows his stuff and takes time to explain and put you at ease (Dr Downes). Highly recommended.
