Wow what customer service. Jackie and her team were fantastic. Due to tier 4 being announced I had a change of plans for a 30th birthday. Jackie had some fantastic ideas including a personalised ballon also stayed open an extra 20mins just to help me. Covid guidance was followed to a T and all was picked up safely the following day. Will 100% be using again 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
