Rubbish doctor surgery. It's a shame I went there hoping to get some help on an a medical issue. The doctor was not interested at all in listening to what I had to say. Her appearance looked disheveled like she had just got out of bed her hair looked greasy fingers were dirty no professionalism there at all.

Doesn’t even deserve the one star. You ring as the clock ticks over to 8 and by the time you’re through the options, the hypochondria ninjas that call every day have beaten you and the queue is full. I have not been able to access proper care from this surgery for years.

I struggled whether to give this surgery 2 or 3 stars and decided to be generous, but only just! This was my first time at this surgery and as such did not know the layout etc. When you arrive (well it did to me!) it gives you the impression that you should press the intercom that is on the front door. You don’t, you just walk in but I pressed it and although the woman on ‘reception’ could clearly see me just standing there, she made no effort at all to let me know I could walk in. It is the most unwelcoming surgery I have ever been in. I have no idea what the ‘reception’ is there for. You book yourself in via a screen on the wall and then you have to take your own temperature using a thermometer on the opposite wall. It is badly in need of some sort of instruction leaflet. It was only a down to the helpfulness of another patient waiting to be seen who explained what I needed to do that my temperature was taken. The receptionist said and did nothing. The surgery manager needs to approach the surgery as a patient who has never been there before and urgently make some changes. Poor customer experience.

It’s not accessible since pandemic. Always busy line, no appointment. As a state service with we pay so much tax and fees every year, it’s not acceptable that people can hardly reach the service!

Visited this practice for the first time on 23/03/2022....seen by Dr B Gandhi. I have to say in all sincerity that the level of treatment I received there by Dr Gandhi could only be described as first class. He was extremely thorough, very professional, clear with his diagnosis and proficient to the letter with subsequent treatment. I would most certainly have no issues with revisiting this practice.

A surgery once at the heart of Solihull offering the kind of medical care any ill person could wish for, through Dr Michael Abdou, a king of doctors in my eyes. Now there is a team that is self-focussed, profit driven and (with the excuse of covid) unwanting and unwilling to see patients. Wait times on the phone are in excess of an hour and appointments are none existent. Dr Nishit Patel as mentioned in another review is a dubious doctor at best. He prescribed medication at 9 times the dose to a patient I know. Dr Rana prescribed me medication at 20 times the dose and when I complained I was assured it would never happen again only to find a year later that a friend had suffered the same situation. There seems no genuine regard for patients welfare, from the Management team and lead doctors here, it is such as shame as the admin staff are wonderful and bear the brunt of all the patients frustrations. When you make a public outcry against the practice, rather than seek to improve they bury their heads in the sand and block you at every turn. Solihull Healthcare Partnership seem to be destroying the medical profession and provision in and around Shirley and Solihull, by buying up and running to ruin all the practices that once offered quality care, when will NHS England hold them to account? So sad.

Bad experience with this doctors. You have to call the minute that they open otherwise you have no chance of getting through. Even then it's so frustrating trying to get through to them. Called at 3.30pm and I'm told that they are at full capacity so I can't even get through to explain my health problem. You wonder why you pay your taxes for a service that you can not even access

I have moved in Solihull in February 2020 at the start of Covid and joined Blossomfield surgery. Initially I can understand due to covid things situation was difficult for surgeries and we should give benefit of doubt to them. More than a year I have been complaining about my issues.i have requested to surgery multiple times that please refer me appropriately if you can't manage but I have been waiting till now. Interesting this Happen today I called in the morning and made a chest pain complain I said pain is not acute but last 3 or 4 months I feel tightness along with pain on exertion. She said I will inform to doctor team and they will get back to you, whole day I did wait but didn't receive any reply and it hapen in the past as well. Multiple time I contacted to surgery they did some investigations bit didn't follow up I have mony examples. Sometime I feel surgeries want people go to accident and emergency. If things are not urgent and can manage in primary setting so why surgery wait to get worse and then people go to A&E and develop workload. I don't know I should go to court regarding this negligence. In the last 15 months time I didn't havel any face to face appointment no examination no diagnosis . If you say something or make complaints so they know how to treat you guys or they put you in a angry people list. Honestly I don't know what to do I will not go to A&E if I treat primary setting if something happen to me the would be responsible.
