    Thank you so so much for a brilliant pregnancy yoga experience. I booked the 6 week course and missed the last session as our little girl arrived early on 07/02/2023 Sarah has a fantastic approach to delivering the yoga sessions and they’re easily accessible for all ability levels. I feel that the breathing techniques she taught us real helped, especially when my Labour didn’t go to plan and I had to make some difficult decisions to keep baby safe. Baby also enjoyed the classes and I feel that the bond I’ve developed with her was enhanced thanks to Sarah’s classes. Thank you so much! Thoroughly recommend Sarah 🙂 Amy and baby Amelia 💕🌸

    Sarah was absolutely amazing! I went for pregnancy yoga and it really helped me with my anxiety. My dad passed away quite suddenly when I was 14 weeks pregnant and going to the classes really helped me relax and connect with baby and give me that hour to myself to really focus on me and baby. I can't thank Sarah enough. Highly recommended if you are pregnant to ease anxiety and stress 🙏🏼
