The site at Blythe Valley has been a great disappointment to my wife and myself. We have been interested in purchasing property with this sales office to be informed that 1 Properties seem to have been early birded before they are released for sale 2 We have a property to sell and have enquired about ASSISTED MOVE to be informed that it is not available, so what is the point in including that in the site advertising? In short the sales office only want applicants with funds already in place, even though building works completion may be vey many months away, not very custome friendly, and poor advertising.
