I discovered Blooming Balloons after a very last minute search for balloons as my daughter has just finished university and got herself a job in what she’s been studying for. Ali the owner is amazing and so very helpful. I picked out what I liked which was a large personalised balloon with balloons inside and covered with a garland of balloons and butterflies on the side plus a separate large foil star with a message and two balloons attached. I ordered on a Thursday and they were delivered Saturday morning. All I can say is I was absolutely over the moon and so pleased with the balloons. Beautiful work, gorgeous colours and wonderful attention to detail. My daughter was so surprised when she arrived home and loves them . I would not hesitate to recommend using them.
