The best customer service experience I have ever had. Having been let down twice by other operators to find Bloomfield Cycles resolved all faults in a matter of days speaks volumes. My bike had been off the road for 3 months!!!! Waiting parts for a fault that didn't exist. Can't speak highly enough of Bloomfield Cycles.

After an awful experience with Halfords (no one was even there to help) had my sons brakes fixed same day ready before school collection , the Gentleman who works there is a fountain of knowledge and you know he's not going to over charge you, Have used this shop quite a few times over the years and am so glad it's still open, will take all further Bike business there! if your in the Luton area and need a bike fixed avoid Halfords and go there!!
