Canāt fault at all. After having a blocked ear for 3 days due to ear wax and ringing over 20 places and offering to travel for this service I was told late September early October; everywhere was booked up. Rang Bloom and was told Matthewās diary was very busy but the receptionist would pass my number on. Matthew rang me within 10 minutes and said if I came early today (he rang tuesday) then heād be able to sort me out. Arrived and the service was amazing. Listened and asked questions to facilitate my needs. Within 10 minutes I had my hearing back and a clear ear.
